We offer the following services:

3. Payment Terms
3.1. Website and App Development
- A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
- The remaining 50% must be paid before the final revisions are made, prior to the website or app going live.
3.2. Subscription-Based Services (Social Media Marketing & SEO)
- For subscription-based services, 50% of the total cost must be paid as an advance before the start of the contract.
- The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks after the contract start date.
- Payments are recurring monthly unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3. Milestone Payments (for projects above $2000)
- For projects exceeding $2000, payments may be structured around milestones.
- Specific milestones and payment amounts will be defined and agreed upon prior to the start of the project.
4. Project Timeline
- The timeline for the completion of any project will be discussed and agreed upon at the start.
- Delays in providing necessary materials or feedback from the client may affect the delivery date.
5. Delayed Payments and Work
- If the client agrees to begin work and has paid the advance, the project will start immediately.
- If there is a delay from the client’s side in providing the required information or feedback after 7 days of the agreed start date, Curve Tech Solution reserves the right to require the full payment to be made.
- If the client does not provide feedback or required materials within 7 days of the project start date, the client will be liable to pay the remaining balance, and the project may be considered canceled or suspended until further payment is received.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide necessary materials, information, and access required to complete the project.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and legality of any content provided for marketing or development purposes.
7. Revisions
- For website development, you are entitled to a certain number of revisions, as outlined in the contract. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
- For marketing services, minor revisions are part of the regular subscription, but major changes or new strategies may be subject to additional fees.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- If the client chooses to cancel the project after the advance payment, no refund will be provided.
- If the agency is unable to deliver services as agreed, a partial refund will be considered based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including business strategies, designs, and all related project materials shared during the course of the project.
10. Ownership and Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the developed website, app, and final deliverables, excluding any third-party content, software, or intellectual property.
- The agency retains the right to use the project for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the respective country of operation.
